Marks Bros - After Sales Support & ServiceAs well as assisting customers with a careful choice of product to fulfill their needs, we also help to commission the new product. Often it can be difficult to start to operate equipment that is new and often a step up from what has been currently used.

Naturally some customers are better than others at operating new technologies. 

We can help. Our customers can call us for a friendly and understanding response if they run into difficulties. On many occasions we can call by. Alternatively, smaller items can be brought in for adjustment or tuning.

Despite all good intentions, sometimes products will fail. From our experience, the following simple and yet important points will help to minimize the chance of a fault occurring and when it does, an easy and satisfactory warranty claim can be made.

  • Store your product information in a safe place
  • Record the warranty period date and information where it can be found
  • Read the operating instructions carefully. Not easy when you want the satisfaction of using your purchase, but always helpful
  • Don’t try and fix it yourself- it can be dangerous and counter-productive
  • Contact us as soon as possible, providing details of product, date of purchase and understanding of why it does not work.
